The Ritmo Oriental orchestra was a typical Cuban charanga created in 1956 by the musician Elio Revé from Guantanamo. With musicians like Enrique Lazaga,

Pedro Calvo Bravo, Tony Calá and David Calzado.

 

They evolved the way of playing the timbal.

 

The way of playing of Daniel Díaz (timbal), Enrique Lazaga (guiro) and Juan Claro Bravo (congas) is performed.

 

Around this time the well-known "Picadillos" by Juan Claro Bravo emerged.
