PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

The Conga from Santiago is a carnival rhythm, “Comparsa”. It was created more than a century ago spontaneously with the development of the carnival itself.

 

Study for four bells, including the timbal bell.

 

Two ways of playing the bass drum are performed. The first one on time, which is keeping the strong time and the second one on “contra tiempo”.

 

Three patterns in the congas (bocú). A first conga, Fondo, a second, Pilón and a third conga also known as requinto or Caballito.
